Sessions (for 60, 90, 120 minute time slots) are scheduled by appointment only generally on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Early evening and Sunday appointments may be available on request.
Fees: 60-Min ($75), 90-Min ($110), 2 Hours ($140), 6-Hour Prepaid Discount Card ($390). Credit cards are accepted.
Minors: At this time, I am not accepting clients under the age of 18.
Illness: If you are ill, have a fever, cough, cold, or congestion the prior day or on the day of your appointment OR if you have tested positive for Covid or flu-like illnesses in the last 10 days, you MUST reschedule.
Intake Form: You’ll need to complete an intake form containing your full name, home address, phone number, current areas of concern or pain, and other health related information that may affect your therapy. Valid, current proof of identity will also be required as mandated by the state of Florida.
Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. I reserve the right to enforce the following cancelation policy:
- Cancelations made after 7pm on the day prior to the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancelation fee (or a 30 minute forfeiture on prepaid discount cards).
- Cancelations made on the day of the appointment may be subject to a 100% cancelation fee (or a 60 minute forfeiture on prepaid discount cards).
- For last-minute cancellations, future appointments may be declined or must be prepaid in full, prior to the appointment date.
Hygiene: Taking a shower prior to your appointment is recommended. Please avoid using cosmetics, perfume, or cologne.
Creams: The products I use are Bon Vital Organica Jojoba and Arnica cream with Coconut gel added. Please be aware that with my technique, I tend to use quite a lot of cream (similar to a moisturizing lotion, it is not oily or greasy). The cream will be removed with a towel.
Inappropriate Conduct: LMTs in Florida are healthcare professionals, licensed by the Department of Health. I take this profession seriously. Illicit or sexually suggestive remarks and actions are not tolerated. The session will be immediately terminated and payment in full for the session will be required.
